Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If it cannot be kept, we would appreciate 24 hours notice, by way of telephone, for rescheduling another appointment. Thank you for your consideration.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We will gladly accept your personal check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), or cash.

Insurance

We accept most insurance, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta Dental and Tricare Retiree, and United Concordia/Tricare.

Privacy Policy

Any information shared with The Dental Health Group, LLP is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with The Dental Health Group, LLP will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. The Dental Health Group, LLP will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of The Dental Health Group, LLP to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
• To fulfill your requests for certain products and services;
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes.
